I am mostly retired now. I spent thirty plus years of post-graduate experience with strategic use of information, analytics and research. To inform, direct and evolve best paths toward more effective healthcare and business operations supporting healthcare.

Now, I want to leverage that experience and knowledge to assist individuals and their families, and businesses to help their employees to spend their health care dollars most effectively. I have always been interested in identifying how systems work, and figuring out how to make them work better. My graduate training was in public policy analytics, public health, and business administration.

I moved with my wife to Oregon in July of 2019. And working with voluntary organizations and on my own, I set out to learn about healthcare in Oregon. The providers, the payers. I have been closely following state efforts trying to control escalating costs of healthcare, and the ongoing task force evaluating a single payer system to make sure that everyone is covered.
